Forward and backwards parallel moves
Forward and backwards circular moves
Start and finishing positions
Introduction to Distance Work
3. Sequencing exercises to achieve fluency
4. Choreograph a routine
Purpose of the dance
Use of the ring space
5. Preparation for the first demonstration or competition
6. Discussion of competition rules
At the end of this workshop the participants will take home with the knowledge of how to choreograph and perform a competition routine.
Advanced Workshop
1. Warm-up: How to get yourself and your dog into freestyle mood
2. Advanced Repertoire:
Working the dogs in any position around the handler
